Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Is anyone in auto able to keep up?

Expectations at an all time high in auto but I see teammates consistently having below average to poor #s each day. Is anyone able to keep up with the demand or is everyone just drowning in work? Can’t read emails because I have to be on the phone. Can’t spend too long writing an estimate because I’m supposed to be on the phone. Can’t attend certain meetings because I’m supposed to be on the phone. It’s almost as you HAVE to work late/early to accomplish anything. Everyone is under pressure so they push off difficult claims on the next adjuster. Morale at an all time low and no relief in sight. Is ANYONE able to perform consistently without sketchy claims handling?

Auto is being paid event pay. They should be paying us time and a half.

Southwest airline paying double time wages to employee's in an effort to keep up with demand, Allstate should take a lesson from intelligent leadership.

Out West when we’re caught up
They load us with tons of California totals and supplements so we’re nevEr quite caught up. My unit is dripping 8 supplements a day plus 3-4 totals on top of that a day per adjuster. I’m working 6 days a week the last 3 months to keep up with my pending . They assured us last month help us on the way. We all have over 35 pending each easily . I’m tired of apologizing to customers, agents shops about the delays . Express keeps transferring call after call to me . Rentals are past the 30 day limits , cars sitting at towyards over 2 weeks .
