How do they decide who will be transferred to another plant?

Luckily I found a new opportunity and I’m not here anymore. I still cannot figure out what's the logic for deciding who will be transferred to another plant and whom they will get rid of?
There is never much logic in their moves in general. I hope that everyone who is looking to leave will soon get the opportunity, because this company no longer deserves great employees.

Usually they will transfer you to another plant based on the circumstances of what you did do and force you out by transferring you to do something you cannot do because they all wear the same hats around there. This is to avoid discrimination and severance but 9 out of 10 times, you will have been the last decision made under the radar of discrimination and see no one else had to succumb to these tactics but they almost always forget some details. Especially when it comes to retaliation… like certain things that happened before the Covid downturn. If you were a female working there, good luck. On the upside, 5 women out of 80 men at a dual plant location ain’t bad odds. It only takes between 2-6 of them to gaslight you with the help of an ever-so naive HR rep fresh out of college to manipulate right along with them.
