It’s bittersweet. I am torn between completely telling management everything I want to say or just say f it and leave because there’s no point.

My philosophy has always been to tell the truth on the way out - I want to try to make the place better for those still working at a company or for those who will take my spot. I give constructive feedback - you don’t need to bash anyone, just state the facts. I’ve been hired back at places even after doing this. That said, at Allstate, I doubt it will do any good. What good do the Inspire surveys ever do?
Live in the present! You can bash them but what good will it do. Good luck at your new job.
They’ll Take you back if you decide to come back in a few months. Three of my coworkers already back writing estimates. They are so desperate for claims adjusters right now that they’ll do anything. They even have us calling former coworkers to see if they’re interested in returning. Don’t burn any bridges .
Depends if you want to ever work for allstate again. If you don't I say send out an email to the department the last day. A coworker did that his last day and was hilarious
I just left myself. HR sent me a survey to fill out but the link went to nowhere…
Better to just keep your mouth shut... They don't gonna listen
