Who are they going to trot out for this next dog and pony show? It feels like a whole lot of effort could have been saved if they had just let managers work it out with their own teams. I wonder how many people have given their notice in the past few weeks...

SLT still has no recurring business travel, so they all need something to do. Watch all of the dog and pony theatrics end in September....
@1tyi+1bCIi7M8 Don't forget Dec 23, too.
Festivus for the Rest of Us!
@explain new cultural holiday: Absolutely! I'd like to see the distribution of days that employees take for their floating cultural holiday after a full year.
I do think HR stumbled into getting it right by making it floating.
Even more interesting would be to make all the Holidays "floating" and see what days people actually take off.
An anonymous breakdown by the same categories used on EEO-1 would be even more interesting.

Maybe they will explain the new cultural pto day. How will it work when everyone wants Good Friday or Dec24 or Dec 26 off?
@Another it's so evident that the SLT has NO faith in middle management, and this is a blatant refusal to empower them. Although I kinda like seeing middle management get a taste of their own medicine. Kinda like Karma!
