You know things are bad when new hires are leaving even before the (pitiful as it is) training is completed. I think as soon as they get a taste of the famous Allstate "culture," they know they've made a huge mistake in joining. Not that I can blame them. If I could, I'd be long gone as well.

The training is a joke. Especially in Express. These folks are being hired taking all their PTO during training coming in the floor for a few weeks then leaving. It's so bad there's no oversight of the training. But the Claims Leadership is clueless

They don’t know who to assign claims inspections to anymore. They tell you to drop 8-10 inspections a day then manually assign you another 2-4! “Help is ok the way .” It was never like this before the layoffs. They pressure you to work overtime . Shops want an adjuster at the shop in person. They’re tired of sending photos and barely getting paid for half of what they ask for . Most can’t get through on the virtual app so they send in more photos . India writes the worst estimates and they got rid of the total loss department here in the USA so customers can’t speak with anybody about their total loss in English anymore lol.

What training? You guys got training?
They’re frustrated always having to refer to the knowledge library since we handle totals in different states now lol.
Turning a simple 2 step task into 10 or 12 step process has always been the Allstate way. No one can get out from under the pile of metrics to accomplish anything.
Hey don’t get worked up. Management in my office used to get drunk on their lunch breaks . No one cares.
Can change the name from Allstate to Somestate so their expectations are not too high.
