Is it just me, or does the system outages make anyone else paranoid? My supervisor recently started doing Time studies on my team and I. My time studies have never been great due to VPN issues and being kicked off several times a day. Now Care Central is down and has been going slow literally all week, I know this will impact my time study and eventually I will be written up for this.
I know this thread is about layoffs so I wanted to insert the relevance of my post here: if our sups/higher-ups are able to prove that us remote workers are not performing at the same rate as in office workers this will be reason to fire us… maybe I’m wrong 🤷♀️
