Forget management. There’s maybe 1-2 folks in each org who have their role understood. And they are probably on their way out. This is depressingly shocking and embarrassing.

I think they are running on fumes right now and don’t expect more layoffs. What will more likely happened is a dissolving of HV to bits and pieces.
In progress. Interview and then find out other companies are doing the same as hitachi. Hiring friends/family. All tech is broken. Maybe not to the same extent as Hv but i hear very similar complaints of hitachi at other companies (they just aren’t failing). to the last poster .. what are your thoughts?
