How is it that all Allstate competitors are ex-Allstate? Everyone who was worth anything went to the competition. Literally, this company is beating itself up. This can only happen to management like this that we have, to surrender the best people to the competition. We are doomed.

Funny thing is Allstate is grabbing leaders out of Farmers (Hawkes,) Nationwide (Williams,) Liberty Mutual (Shapiro.) All being led my the mo--n from Sears (Wilson!) Hello Tokyo you might want to grab some talent from Geico, State Farm, and Progressive!
Why pay all that money for quality talent when you are going to sell the company and take your Golden parachute!
