Did anyone thing that harassment training was a form of harrassment??
Why must we do this long, tedious training year after year? Can't we just take a test and be done with it?

It is required by law in most states to have you do the actual training.
I’m pretty sure Follett has to be able to prove you’ve undergone xyz amount of time of harassment training. Hence these programs.
