Allstate Financial services is a broker dealer operation, they are 15 years behind the competition. The only individuals surviving are long term players. Anyone new coming in is destined for failure. The whole operation is broken. The management players will never step up to solve a problem, all they do is drink the Allstate Kool-Aid and avoid conflict at all cost. I have been there for one year and getting ready to jump ship. Nothing will ever change until they fire the D-mbo in charge and begin to replace every sales leader in the organization. My point is there is no leadership.

Agile is like a 2010 concept. Allstate is so behind the times.
We're agile too, don't forget that.
If they have any, they sure haven't done a good job of communicating them
And I don't think anybody can argue with this.
