A company that is transparent is a company that enables employees to understand the company's mission, to trust leadership more, and to start contributing to their ideas. HV is not that kind of company. Unfortunately. They obviously think that transparency would have more negative than positive impact?

The only trust in this company I have is that there will be constant layoffs.
All the HR are useless. They only kiss a$$ to the senior managers. Any complaints from the employees are ignored, no action taken and then turn around blacklisted the one that file the complaints.
HR has defended all the broken management for years. everyone in HR left from old HDS days needs to be laid off.
