I’m sick and tired of being told by I&E to put in a work request for every single thing I ask them to do.

How is this related to layoffs?
I hear you but policy is policy. The work order system is in place to track the work being done by each technician and the work being done on each lease. They can track costs very easily with the work order system. The work order process is a lot easier than it used to be.
