With no pay raises for most employees, it refreshing to learn that our leaders aren’t suffering. The average Hitachi Vantara executive compensation is $220,478 a year. The median estimated compensation for executives at Hitachi Vantara including base salary and bonus is $222,894, or $107 per hour.

FAO the person asking what accounts have paid reps £500k……
Nice try but we all know the big banks, the top 1-3 in each GEO etc. Now hold my beer I’m off to wash my Lambo
These are pretty high comp numbers for doing nothing while running the company into the ground
That ain't workin' that's the way you do it
Money for nothin' and your chicks for free
Your data is off by a mile. I know what the execs make. You should use total compensation for your comparisons as most execs get paid (somewhat) smaller base salaries but get very high bonuses and long term incentives.
GFK gets well north of 2.5M. There is a theory that we need to see a full running year vs. partial year, and once that happens, he will be more in the 3-4M bucket. I suspect he is closer to 4.
RL and IM make numbers in the vicinity of 2M.
SS, FA, RK all make above 1M, generally in the 1.2-1.6M range.
Old timers like JM, IS, CL are all over the place. But think less than RL and IM for the most part.
The management lied. I worked as a junior and already make 240K+ 35% annual bonus paid twice a year
This why I am squeezing every nickel out of these muddier flockers. No appreciation for the overworked underpaid employee.
Also for the poster about the 500k, what account is this. I can check this right now and confirm if you are lying (a common practice at hitachi)
Overtime has given me $150K last year for income. Non mgmt non engineer. Forget sales- don’t work for a quota and #. Just basic office operations. If you are still at Hitachi I hope you are hourly
Some have been making a solid $500k a year for years. Some of them broke the $1m mark.
Yes. There were sales reps making insane money but that has stopped and most of those producers are no longer here. There is simply no product to sell. Period.
Totally false. Sales people make $450k (some of them) as their on target earnings. So that’s $225/225k (base plus comp).
The people above them clearly make the same or more depending on level
It’s funny that the executives are telling “trust me”
If the HV executive or senior managers told you that is how much they get compensated. Then they are just telling half the truth! That probably is just the based pay. They do have another 30%-50% bonus tie to that based pay AND another separate bonus (25-40%) that tie to deals. So at minimum their annual pay would be
220k + [220k * (30-50%)] + [220k*(25-40%)]
With so many layoffs these senior managers or executives will claim they did good job. So at minimum they are taking home at least 400k annually, while all other low pay employees just get a Hitachi Vib to sc--w themselves or get screwed by these well paid executives or senior managers.
For execs, especially in Cali, those amounts are low. What is your source, anyway?
I know some much smaller companies’ execs make more.
Someone stated that this is a low salary. I wonder which one of our executives said this.
Are we supposed to be shocked by that? That sounds pretty low to me.
