Layoffs are scheduled for July and November. Two groups will be targeted: municipal evaluations and corporate evaluations. The longest serving director at TRPS has the mandate to protect CR from critics during the process.

Everything said in this thread is true. Muni team has 6 evaluators in CR. They are not all that bright but we are mandated to say they are. Also we cannot say out loud that they take hour long lunches. We can just say that CR is full of energy!!

“Cheaper hubs” full of bond evaluators with no experience. Wonder if clients know TRPS has 50 evaluators between Costa Rica and Gydinia with an average experience of less than a year. Who came up with this plan? And who is covering up the damage? We know they got rid of the only person that could speak up .

TRPS and TRPS+ are regularly being impacted by cuts for the sake of profitability... the formerly known Pricing Partners service has been totally dismantled (translated from "teams moved to cheaper hubs") and as a consequence the quality dropped, and customers cancelled millions of revenue.
The never ending story of this beautiful company, afflicted by a governance with no vision.

That Director doesn’t care about the staff in NY or London. He only does what is good for him and his boss. If I were in that team I would be looking for a job.
