Allstaters used to be proud, bleed blue, re pmmend friends and family.Successes were celebrated, teams were cohesive. Service was superior, customers actually were first, and employees were treated decently.
I noticed the shift when GS Glenn Shapiro joined and brought his cronies....Cheryl Bendtsen and others. Morale tanked, old indusrty tricks employed, and down and down it spiraled. Sit on a plane or meeting w Shapiro...not a genuine man, not nice. many say slimy.
Claims is in the sh----r. Transformative Growth is a scam,and shareholders have been played.
Employees are stressed to the max,nobody wants to stay.
This is not our Allstate.

I agree. It is not the same ol state of 15 to 20 years ago. It used to be a fun place to work with camaraderie, Rewards, and manageable workload. Now it seems nothing is ever good enough and there's always a threat that you're going to lose your job. Not fun
ALL will be gobbled up in m&a moves soon enough. Or the TGP will work. Former is more likely. Either way, golden parachutes for Tommy
@kqb+1bAKRG7d and those years of loyalty got you what? Laid off? Stressed out? It's just a job. The company will exist without you, just like it did with you... Getting any more attached will just make it worse.
