While I was at Allstate, I was aware that the company had a lot of problems and I thought the employees were not valued enough.
Now that I’m in a new company, I can compare some things, I see that Allstate is a lot worse than I thought while I was there, and the employees aren’t valued in the slightest.
Is their goal actually to destroy the company, since everything they do has a very negative outcome?
Sometimes I think about it and I just feel sorry for some wonderful colleagues who are still there waiting for their new opportunity.
