The only reason why they're requiring employees to work at the office is because theyll loose out on their real estate investments. Most can do their jobs at home. It's bc of control, greed, and real estate investments in a "country" with very few if any employment rights.
All those who are in either remote but commuted to Newtown Square or Norristown should be cut.

I was laid off (along with many others) 6/4/2020. I would advise people to be wary this month.
UHG has been sinking since 2012... look at all the layoffs.
