What is the directors name that was laid off?
Customer experience ?? What a crock. Smells bad everywhere. Is there anything else I can help you with ? Your call is being recorded for quality ?? Gimme a break. Good riddance. What a mucked up role. A total do nothing “experience” nothing came out of it.
Times are getting darker and darker at Allstate. I think they did this to bring in someone from Southeast Asia to be CE director. Since everything involving the customer is moving to India.
The departure was the CE director for Claims who reported directly to Mr. exciting times Brandt. He is getting a ton of heat from agents and likely put pressure on this employee, even though she doesn't have a say about staffing, processes, or technology resources to make things work better.

So why do they need Metzger?
Considering Glenn and the boys don't care one iota about the customer experience I guess there is no need to have a director for it. Or at the least it is a director position that should live in India
