The corporation, including Darren, fought to the last minute against the election of the Engine n°1 nominees, saying they were not qualified to seat around the table and telling the shareholders that their election would jeopardize the dividend... And now we see him saying in a video message on the intranet that “we welcome the new directors to our board and look forward to working together constructively, blah blah blah...”
The gentleman in my view has lost whatever was left of his credibility. If he had guts he would tender his resignation.
