If there is no raise - I will consider leaving

I've done so much work lately and despite the chances being very slim, I'm expecting a raise. If I don't get a raise, I will send out a lot of job applications because it really doesn't make sense doing so much work pro bono. I think most high performers here feel underpaid.
It wouldn't surprise me if more people start leaving unless they see some improvement in compensation?

Bagal is the EVP, Global Transformation and in 4 years of DXC existent he still hasn't transformed CSC and HPES into one single digital company . She shouldn't be seeing stock options , they should be giving him the boot!

Did you see all the UNITED STATES SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION SEC filings yesterday ? Bagal got 24,694 shares at zero cost worth $980,282.80 , then sold 5,094 of them at $39,76 a share ($202,537.44).

And DXC has no money for it's employee's, what a crock of Sh-t!

You have it backwards. You should send out your job applications now, and once you have offer letters in hand, if you want to stay, go demand the raise you want, leaving management no choice, it's your way or the highway.

Everyone working at DXC should currently be “Considering leaving” unless you have only just got there and were recruited in on decent money, and then you should be considering how many years of low or no pay rises you will put up with before moving on.

Leave now! Although I am nearly 60 years old, I got several offers from different companies without any problems. 30th of June is my last day at DXC :-)

Only consider? I am seeing a lot of movement of staff across the IT industry at the moment with lots of colleagues getting new IT jobs. It’s like everyone is suddenly recruiting for some reason. Good time to apply now. Don’t wait. Over the past 6 months I have seen so many jobs and a lot of my colleagues have joined new IT companies. I got another one and wasn’t even looking. An agent rang me up and asked me if I was interested. Just fill your CV out with accomplishments and send to an agent. Don’t waste your time considering. We both know it’s dying on its a$$ and forever looking for more ways to make itself smaller a d less costly, it’s been trying for many years and still nothing seems to have turned it round.
