Employees in Ohio working for Buckeye health plan need to wake up and see what is in front of them. Management will not give us the full accurate details regarding ODM contract and companies awarded. The six are chosen and if they kick one off they open themselves to lawsuits. Everything regarding the AG lawsuit and our jobs per the contract for medicaid is all public info on franklin county court site. Trial was moved to Southern District of OH due to multiple accusations which make this at federal jurosdiction level. Trial assessment isn't scheduled until 3/22/22. Not to mention trial is after that. This is well after contract end date 1/22/22. Just would like to know when layoffs will start for OH, it is coming. Be honest for once.

Wow Post ID: @cgcr+1b9EWWkW ! Thanks for sharing that news article. Going to say no bonuses for any employees this year and for sure more layoffs. Also sounds like more issues in MS to resolve and possibly a delay on the Magellan acquisition.

Honest….with Centene that is impossible… was part of the RIF in March….they won’t give you a clue until they call and tell you that your job is eliminated…. Best of luck to you all… but it is hilarious to watch Centene fall apart….get out while you can…
That is exactly my thought on this intake. They have started losing provider service reps left and right. No one replaced. This will be a huge mental blow to individuals and they definitely don't want to pay out severance and unemployment to higher paying individuals.
Layoffs won't happen till January 2022...however, if they are pulling out, then I would expect as people leave, they won't be replaced, driving more to leave as the work burden increases astronomically. It's one way to get out of having to pay for unemployment and severance. Member sign ups are supposed to start mid to late summer, so I would expect if nothing has been announced a few weeks before that, it's pretty obvious where it's going.
