Allstate made it clear last year that you do not have the rights to have the results of the assessment. You will not know how you did because they already know who they are laying off. These assessments are just a legal sideshow and smoke and mirrors. It has been reported by several that the assessments aren't even used in determining who stays and goes and in many cases aren't even looked at.
All the more reason to start looking now. If you aren’t let go and want to stay, you can. But I’d still start looking now since you say it will take time.
Because I make a lot of money and finding another job that pays as much will take some time.
Why would anyone stay - even if they could - after an employer made them take an assessment?
