As an agent, it's awful what Claims has become since his exciting transformation. The number of complaints from customers is at record levels. If service is an indicator of retention, then the company will struggle again in this quarter. They blame the direct business for pushing down retention, but it's the poor service and higher price.
Yes! And he was laughing in several of his updates as well.
Yep. The pr--k said this multiple times last year as he updated on lay offs and who was getting pink slips.
