Assessments soon for FNOL?

Water cooler talk already this morning is the area of FNOL may be receiving assessments in the next few weeks. I know we will be impacted by movement to India but anyone know how many of us they plan to keep? I don't think we would be getting assessments if they were just cutting all of us unless they just want to torture and mess with us on the way out. 😔

Here’s the joke. I’m sure the employees in India are hardworking but I get a complaint call every time there is a customer interaction with them. They are very hard to understand. I just called dispatch 3 times to get someone who was marginally understandable. This is a customer service fiasco in the making. Go ahead Glen and Eric, make a call to India and try it yourselves.

FNOL calls will be taken in India. Update your resume if this is a significant part of your job

Half my calls are now FNOLs. What are you guys doing?
Is it a staffing issue or something?
