How long have you been planning to get out of here? There’s no severance pay that could be to keep me here for a while longer. I can no longer stand even the voice of my manager. I can no longer tolerate mediocrity above myself that seeks perfection that they would not be able to achieve themselves.

The recent Gen Z college graduates will not tolerate working 12 hours behind a laptop from home with Tim’s of pending claims and the phone ringing off the hook with no end in sight . No vision or future here. We need to get out while we can .
Home office has recently been on this site as of a few days ago basically telling us that we are replaceable, that we are quitters and not professionals, and are more of a nuisance than productive employees. Just them saying that in a public setting says everything that needs to be known regarding the human garbage that runs this company. While your comments are valid and good points it all falls on deaf ears. They don't care about you or any of us and are open to the fact that they are easily replacing us as quickly as we leave.
Then go elsewhere. No one is so valued that they wouldn’t replace you tomorrow. Stop complaining about your situation and start changing it.
