Do top dogs really think all the problems here will go away if they cut people or motivate them to leave on their own?
It seems to me that this is the only thing management is capable of doing, unfortunately. At one point I was doing a job for several people. I gave notice because multitasking may be OK, but in this company it is not worth making an effort.
