Has anyone received any salary raises planned for July in the EMEA region?

If its in your contract you can sue for beach of contract, how stu--d can you get
I have not heard anything about our rises so far but I have seen a bonus payment of 6%. This is the first time in 8 years i have received it despite it being in my contract. I think my annual bonus was supposed to be 10% but with a load of caveats thrown in to cover their a-s. Have not one pay rise (1%) in the last 9 years. If nothing is forthcoming this time I will be leaving. Too many broken promises.

I'm not sure that's actually how it works.... that's how it should work, but...
I suspect its all done using some giant spreadsheet centrally and works something like:
Appraisal score = 1 or 2
Salary band for your layer/job title is not exceeded (those values being based on something crazy and not market rate)
Your region, country, business unit and customer account all made the required margin.
Your skillset is in a handful of "valuable" ones
You aren't on the secret WFR war-room/factory wall.
Your aren't layers 1-4 as they already got theirs.
Meet all of those things and they decide you can get 1%, probably paid as a bonus and not as a salary increase so its only valid for this year and doesn't attract anything like extra pensions contributions from DXC.
There you go, there's your "review" they promised and its unlikely that the process will be transparent so you can see the reason why it didn't result in you getting any money.
The budget for pay increases should have already been done and sent out to the department leads. Then its up to them to slice and dice for people who got 1's and 2's to give out the money. Shouldn't take 2 months to do that.
People with 3's should get something but not as much and if you got a 4 you shouldn't have a job anymore
""I will be surprised if most/all get raises, though it's not impossible. More likely is that pay rises will be targeted at high performers"
That's what Salvino has basically said numerous times. I have no reason to doubt his message. I don't like it much, but I don't doubt it.
He never said about everyone across the board getting a rise, well, not after supposedly 1-4 got one.... but I still don't know if that was actually true."
I feel the message has shifted over time.
When MS first started talking about payrises, what 4-6 months ago?, the message felt like it was the return of annual pay increases to cover cost of living and also to reward performance.
It feels like over time the narrative has changed and those cost of living increases are not going to happen - hopefully I am wrong though.
The issue is lots of staff have not had any rises for years and were given hope a few months back, if they now don't get a rise because they're not ranked 1 or 2 (especially with the rumours of deliberate down ranking) then it'll crush staff morale further.
It would have been better to say nothing than to give false hope which leads to further disillusionment!
I’m level 3 and received a pay rise last year of 3%. For months we were told it would be a market rate type pay rise (for us that would mean £2000-£5000). Safe to say £800 didn’t quite hit the spot.
Linked to performance review score. Would expect this yea.r to be similar, not holding my breath despite being low paid n

I heard just small bonuses this year in the US.
I am a manager (not a high level one) in the UK .
As I understand it these salary reviews will take place in July, with a view to them being implemented in August.
I will be surprised if most/all get raises, though it's not impossible. More likely is that pay rises will be targeted at high performers and high flight risks, or at least those flight risks who the business doesn't want to lose.
To my mind this is a big mistake, the DXC Leadership team needs a motivated and engaged workforce, if most people are skipped over for a payrise again it will not play well, especially against the backdrop of all the payrise talk from a few months ago.
I do believe that there have been some bonuses and long term incentive plans handed out, but, none have been made available to people who report into me - that doesn't give me the impression that DXC cares about my team or myself.
I didn't think anything was being announced until just before August pay day... Fairly sure that was the date.
Do not expect a raise. You may get a net bonus of approx 25 eur per month. A number of coworkers refused it.
Out of interest, does anyone know what the much vaunted raise for L4 and below actually looked like as a percentage?
Also, what sort of percentage of the work force is L4 and below?
I think you know the answer to this question.
For years now, hardly anyone below L4 has had a pay rise from this company.
