We were literally FORCED to fill out the survey. The VP kept telling the SRO I see you got this guy and the other guy who haven't done it yet. Merely another tool to get rid of those whose answers they don't like.
They once said survey results showed they needed more managers with a straight face.

Yeah! Always to make themselves look good! Word is out on the street and nobody enjoys working there! Not one person would pass up another opportunity! Not one! If that doesn’t tell a story then nothing will! They can’t keep employees!
They always slow roll the survey until they figure out the right spin and cherry pick what they want to highlight.
That place is in complete denial. To them, they haven’t done anything wrong! Seriously? That place is a dumpster fire!
