Crazy Store Manager

Our store manager has OCD and a short temper, very insecure as well. He constantly messes with our tables and displays, changing them over and over again and if we initiate any of the changes or set a table up he will mess with it non stop, it’s like he must pi-s on your project until it becomes his, he also has a hot and cold attitude usually dictated by the kind of coffee he drinks or if he’s had his smoke break, very unstable guy and one who is difficult to communicate with as he very rarely lets anyone get a word in edge wise. He also lacks leadership skills essentially doing anything our Corporate minders ask him to do on a whim, ust a weak insecure dude who is in survival mode right now, kinda sad.

The OCD part is not me talking trash, he really does have OCD and has mentioned it in morning meetings. He should not be working retail, our location is busy and High stress. I wish someone higher up would become aware of his behavior and do something about it it’s ki----g morale at our store.

We had a real gung Ho manager in our district. He wanted to move up and transferred to another state. He fancied himself the RM’s right hand man ( he wasn’t ) would volunteer for everything. Would take over conference calls. Not long after his move , Mr. Take over , I’m going to be an RM, returned to NC , tail between his legs- homesick ! The laughing stock of the other managers in the district He still thinks he’s all that.
