Block scheduling don't exist

Management don't follow block scheduling at all you have to check your schedule everyday because they will change it just like that.

They need to be held accountable for changing schedules with out consent from the associate. Policy was always schedules made 3 weeks out, all requests off need to be 4 weeks out. And any changes would have be communicated and agreed on by both management and associate. Management needs to do their job. And all will run smoothly.

In CA once your schedule is posted they have to ask you to change it. If they aren't doing that contact the CA State Labor Board. Ours Sears store tried the same thing with us and we complained to the CA State Labor Board and our Sears store had to stop doing it to us.
