It's getting harder for me to find motivation. Paycheck certainly gives some satisfaction, but every day I start working with stomach cramps. Looks like it'll go that way until I find a way out of here. I have no illusions that they will recognize the decline in employee motivation as a problem and start solving it.

Head high. Write your resumes soon!
Not motivated and doing the things my micromanaging manager focuses on so I can get by. Used to love this job, but constant negative criticism does NOT make people want to work harder!
I get cramps to before starting work because I get such a huge workload each day and I have to be pretty much be a machine all day long to finish my work on time.
Please don't forget to treat You Inc.well. Get out in the morning or evening to fast walk or run. Your body and brain will thank you. Endorphins help you to endure. Also simplify your diet to concentrate on proteins and non processed foods. It may ease those cramps. Draw inner strength from family, friends, belief, pursuits etc. You are not your current job.
From someone who has been there and done that. Best of luck to you.
Reorganize your days. Do enough to get by, then if you have not already do your job search work. Redo your resume, get your stories and accomplishments down, get counseling if you need it. If you are still working remote, scheduling interviews is a lot easier than it used to be.
Especially read up on tips for good video interviewing and invest in a good webcam and mic/wireless headphones on your personal PC. Lighting and background is important so invest in a small ring light if you need it.
It's an added burden I know but easier to get a job when you have one.
They don’t care !!!!!!
I’ve also lost motivation. I now find myself working the bare minimum. Before, I was highly motivated in exceeding, going above & beyond, hoping that one day I’d be promoted into the next position. I do believe management has also lost motivation but it’s executive leadership that are oblivious. It seems the only solution is venture externally.
