I don't expect the company to care for me, but I do expect to be respected. Which I'm currently not. The way Allstate has been treating us, it's obvious that it has nothing but disdain for every single one of us (the ELT excluded.) Just think of all the ways they show us disrespect on a daily basis. We are lied to, misled, yelled at, bullied... And then they wonder when people keep walking away...

We are slaves to them . We are the face of the company , but underpaid and overworked. We need to get out of here and not look back . It’ll take another year for claims management to realize the mistakes they made in laying off too many adjusters and dividing us into zones which has led to Allstate isolating local markets and shops . I’m handling estimates in Vermont but ignoring local shops in my area of Denver ! Those shops call me weekly begging and telling me they can’t get an adjuster to address cars sitting there over 2-3 weeks .

Tom , Glenn, Parsons, Brandt, and Mitchell only respect one thing in their dark and evil souls. Money!!!
