Julie is awesome. This act on trying to take each person down on this site is for the birds.
She sure passed by her male mentors Guy Hill and Steve Sorenson over the last few years.
She checks the box and is 100 %a c suite team member in the India transformation
She doesn’t seem to be as hated as the rest of the senior leadership team.
As an actuary, she isn't d-mb. However, she has zero presence about her and has never led large teams. They've provided her a platform on many town halls and she is simply unwatchable. Unless they bring in other external female talent, she's in a pretty good position to take on a larger role.
