Thread regarding Anthem Inc. layoffs

Isn't it strange, Joe Swedish signs a deal with IBM gets a spot on the Board, Gail is taking it to the next level, wonder what IBM has promised

Joe Swedish gets paid 330K a year to meet 4 times a year. Look at all of those board members they sold their companies down the road to IBM and then they get a job. I know its part of the game....it still sucks for the employees left behind to pick up the pieces these mo--ns leave behind.

Wonder what Gail is getting for selling Anthem out???

Magic mirror magic mirror on the wall I see legato health technologies, Llp being sold or given to ibm once all of the past anthem talent have either been let go, given to ibm, or moved on. A question in the yearly survey used to be "would you recommend a family member work for anthem?" I wonder what that answer would be if asked in the last 4 years.

Sacrifice workers for the greater good - shareholders. Corporate America has lost it’s ethics ...

“‘utilitarian’ judgment were associated with a broadly immoral outlook concerning clear ethical transgressions in a business context”

“ Even more strikingly, several recent studies found that ‘utilitarian’ judgment is associated with anti-social traits such as psychopathy (Bartels & Pizarro, 2011; Glenn, Koleva, Iyer, Graham, & Ditto, 2010; Koenigs, Kruepke, Zeier, & Newman, 2012; Wiech et al., 2013), as well as with diminished empathic concern (Choe & Min, 2011; Crockett, Clark, Hauser, & Robbins, 2010). It seems rather implausible that individuals with antisocial traits or lower levels of empathy are especially morally committed to promoting the greater good, or harbor a special concern for humanity as a whole.”
