When are we going to get rid of the old guard in Houston? The VPs who have been there for years leading us to today’s vote of no confidence by investors. You know who they are. Time for them all to go.

I think the big question is who replaces Andy S (Chief Financial Officer) when he retires later this year, and the daisy chain of moves that goes with it. I cannot think of anyone that can fill his shoes. No one has his depth of experience. He is the guy protecting the dividend and who did the math on how much CAPEX and OPEX needed to be cut. Maybe they eliminate one SVP in Dallas, but with all the low carbon work (big financing issues), this would not be a wise move. They also need a woman in the management committee, for diversity optics (Karen or Linda). Maybe, move another SVP like Chapman to CFO?? Then move Jack to Chapman job and promote Karen to Jack's job?

Who is going to take the VPs positions? The internally trained and bred folks that were promoted because they thought and performed like the present VPs. Changing the guard will make no difference.
The old guard Houston VPs are a huge problem. They’ve been in too long and are stuck in their ways. Plus they’ve driven us into the ditch with no accountability.
They will be here till mandatory retirement at age 65...Another decade
