How long did it take you or how long have you been trying to get out of here? Now I regret even more that I hesitated for so long to start looking for something better. The offer I accepted was received less than two weeks after I started job hunting. From this perspective, I don't understand why anyone would want to stay at dxc.

I escaped DXC last year and often think about my mates that I left behind.
Their reasons for staying are often personal (they like working from home (used to be a perk but now most orgs offer this) or enjoy the client they are working with.
Professionally some feel that their skills are not transferable due to the lack of real industry standard training DXC offers and many (sad to say) think that all orgs are like DXC and so why bother to move.
