Despite how much you may differ with them Tom and Glenn 100% feel that anything that can be done at home in the USA can be done in India for $5 an hour. This shows how much upper management has no clue on the runnings and workings of this company and how out of touch they are with the needs and wants of the customer. We all know better but they unfortunately call the shots and no one has the stones in the Ivory Tower to challenge them or they are out too.
