No one is interested in working here anymore? I had no doubt that one day this would happen, that no one with any talent would want to work here anymore.

Morale is God awful here since the massive layoffs last year resulting in double the workload, 12 hour days without a break and horrible cuts service due to lack of staffing. Allstate screwed up . They won’t make the top 3 of insurance carriers by getting rid of too talent . Now they’re panic and trying to rehire adjusters they laid off last year at a fraction of what they were paying them!
Not since they began to pay barely above fast food worker wages.
Well there aren't any professionals or anyone with talent running or managing this dumpster fire so why expect that if the employee base?
Just brown nosing yes men and yes women towing the company line and spewing the corporate propaganda just to protect their undeserved 6 figure salaries. The don't care one bit about the employees they abuse and 9 out of 10 of these managers and "leaders" can't spell their own names.
All of the professionals needed are in Pune. We will work for pennies on the dollar and sc--w up claims so bad that it will take legal years to solve.
