The remaining few days that you still worked in the company - did you do bare minimum, almost nothing, or did you still do the best you could because you didn't want to leave a bad impression in the end?

Do what you can in a 40 hour work week taking your lunch break. It’s not our fault they laid off so many adjusters that we now work 60 hours a week trying to make up for the awful customer service . Allstate is passing the work onto us due to their stupidity abd trying to sabe a buck .
Agreed. I did what I could to help the poor souls left behind at that dumpster fire before I left.
If it is you giving your notice then I think you are 100% obligated to do the same high level of work you would prior. Even if the company is pure sh-- like Allstate. However if you are laid off abd given your 60 day notice then that is a whole other story....
Even though Allstate sucks you should never burn any bridges, you never know what could happen, you may need a job, get offered once, an old manager from Allstate could move on to a different carrier, etc. No, I don’t work for HR, this is just common sense, it’s not worth the momentary satisfaction and will only hurt you or your manager/coworkers
I clocked in and watched Netflix and let every call roll over. Management pushes phone quality when they haven't taken a call in decades.
