Tom Wilson really got a raise....REALLY??

With all the layoffs, how the he-l did Wilson get a fu----g raise in total compensation from $16 million to $18 million.....

That’s a 12.5% raise if I’ve calculated it correctly. I’m curious - at what position level do position level band caps stop being enforced? Asking for a friend who got a 1.5% raise after rating “Expected”, which is the same level we’d probably all give TW if we were being extremely kind.

Ummm. A big part of layoffs savings and gains from "Transformative Growth" are Tom, Glenn, and others' bonuses and pay increases. Shapiro got a nice bump too. I thought this was pretty much common knowledge. The powers that be sure didn't try to hide it. Not sure why anyone would be surprised by this.
