layoffs will never end - its how they manage their people. keep them for while have them build some benefits and then let them go or make their life so miserable they will leave.

You want to keep it? Then your in control of your quantity and quality, your in charge of your skill set and continuing to learn new skills and making yourself valuable THEN and ONLY THEN will you
continue employment long enough to RETIRE.
He can probably pull this off and restore our former proud status , but IF and ONLY IF....... he stops the damn layoffs and begins to focus again on employees. I won’t even begin to speculate if he’ll do it, but it has to start there. Morale is the worst I’ve ever seen it, NO ONE that I know gives a cr-p at all. If anyone up there has any sense at all, work on your employees and we’ll get this thing going again.
