If you took the time to look up the case online It has not been settled and rumor is the law firm has been contacted by over 500 women who have been harassed and will be representing them as well. What I can see it does not look good for SLB.

they succeeded on a settlement with they're "illegal employee background checks"......they did a good job keeping that off radar...
They say 100 million to the class action settlement. Only a few have come forward.
