Thread regarding National Oilwell Varco Inc. layoffs

The hardest part is keeping quiet

Only once have I tried, with the best of intentions, to draw attention to the fact that what they wanted me to do was not a good solution and that perhaps it should be done differently and better. I regretted it.
After that, it took me a long time to learn to be quiet. I feel sick when I see some things being done and I feel like imploding, but I keep quiet. Even when I see that something can be much better, I keep quiet and follow their instructions. This will never be a company for those who think for themselves.

Maybe this is why the company repeatedly reports loss after loss!

I know, it is sooo hard for me to keep quite. I have so much gossip to spill. This site has made everyone aware of my antics so I had to slow down a bit.
