Sales floor resets during Covid shut down

Curious how the resets have been received by customers now that they are approaching a year since completed. Have the remaining stores completed them as some stores were not done last year. Has it helped increase sales?

Any changes to the layout. What have they done with stores that had the entire music department converted to toys. Is that working?

Considering the company is dead in the water & sinking fast, it’s ALL busy work.

Like previous poster- just buy work.
It’s all been changed since.
No customers , that doesn’t change, but the tables & displays change.

Resets were pointless, our store manager is never happy with the categories and tables anyway so we are always changing things around.

All the resets we did ended up being just busy work for us when we were shut down.
Since we’ve reopened business has been terrible and has yet to improve. Sent most people home early this past weekend.
