I resigned from my position as a senior property adjuster right after Allstate shut down ERL and raised the threshold to 4 claims a day. I realized pretty quick that Allstate did not value my loyalty or work ethic. I have accepted a position with USAA with better benefits and a 30% pay raise. Get out now!!...the grass IS greener on the other side.

I too moved to Progressive. Great move . Less headaches handling claims . More streamlined and faster processes. You won’t regret it.
LOL oh so you got the job I applied for but didn't get 😆
Glad it went to someone who escaped Allstate.
You’re getting paid 30% more to get 30% more work. It’s not always greener and I have worked for a few large carriers. Allstate and the others are the same. Allstate just has more red tape over everything that makes completing claims so much longer than other companies. This to try to save a buck, but it backfires in the end.
Sounds good, but your probably live in TX, USAA doesn't employ in CA. Happy for you.
"cool story bro"--are you not the one TROLLING a layoff site?
Yep you moved over to progressive, but unlike most normal people, you spend your precious time trolling a layoff site. Get a life and keep collecting that unemployment check
I moved over to progressive last year after getting laid off and I love it. I got a call from my old supervisor offering me my old job back ! Lol
Cool story bro, unlikely you ever worked at Allstate. Move on with your super great job lol, so good you have time to waste here
I’m so close to leaving. This gives me hope. I really hope the grass in greener. It has to be better than this!
I'm close to leaving this shipwreck.
I second that. I resigned and also went to a competitor. Much better pay and benefits. In addition, the process is much better for handling claims and also not a toxic environment. I was terrified to leave. Now that I’m gone, I’m not getting migraines from all the negativity and worrying if I’m gonna be laid off this month. The grass is greener. Don’t be scared to leave.
