I was really excited when Shapiro joined Allstate in 2016 or so. I understood what he did to Liberty Mutual, but in his early talks around home office, he spoke about learning from past mistakes and being more thoughtful in his decisions. I am keen on giving the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. He then went on to attach himself to the office id--ts in HO and now, here we are. checkout the children's book he wrote a decade+ ago, "Sarah Walked to School" he love chaos.
