How can Lumen be touting the Best Employer for Diversity. There isn’t one African American in upper management and I don’t recall one at a VP level. This is very misleading!

my experience is they are total bigots - its the good old boys network who you know is the key - no matter how much you suck at your job and lie to customers - and its not the people of color that even get considered - in fact there is NO diversity in the office and never has been ever !!!!! I probably need therapy to get over the hatred I have for this company and what they did to my co-workers

Considering Current Year "Diversity" is a mixture of racist claptrap and extortion by grifters, that low ranking isn't so bad after all.
And, to be 354th (or what ever low number) out of 500 companies, is not a result I would be too proud of... we're damn near the bottom!!!!
Adding to the story of Best Company for Diversity, Lumen hires two new executives to their team. Chief Security Officer – White Male and Customer Success Managing Partner – White Woman.
They are a private business so they can choose who they want to hire, but this is not diversity, as they continue to hype on social media.

Ha.. I agree no diversity at Lumen. Not only that it’s a holding company with no employees or customers, so what minorities work for Lumens subsidiary’s shouldn’t count for Lumen.
