This site is the Layoff.com, a good resource for people to share intelligent information with their peers. Obviously the company culture at Anthem has many negatives but not just from management. Does anyone have information to share about upcoming reductions in staff?

no offense to anybody making good money, esp if you are upper upper management, but I hope many of these tax loopholes and rates will change, if they are so intent on sending jobs overseas, no matter if its it, claims, customer service, nurses, etc., they need to be taxed as much as possible, this sh–t just needs to stop, and sorry for the curse words, but it is true and in case if anybody didn't know the jobs they send overseas, the managers that are based in america cannot write them up or give then info in order to at least get them up to what we do here in america, now that, besides the no pto if leaving the company and the changes to rif policies requiring you to sign up for unemployment insurance, it just makes no sense, idk what the he–l is going on anymore
