I've been with Cigna for 6 years. I've never received anything but praize from my managers, I always do whatever they ask me to do, I am one of the top performs in may team, and I always make sure to go the extra mile. What do I have to show for that? No promotions, laughable raises, and don't even get me started on bonuses. So can somebody please tell me why even bother?

Cigna has laid off people in 2021 but it’s all kept hush hush on the down low. Inpatient case managers and some of our educators have been told their jobs have been eliminated and they were terminated. No one got a raise this year and if you were lucky you got a bonus and a one time cost of living allowance payment. If you try to bud on other positions within the company under different organization leaders you get blocked or told they went with another candidate even though the positions will still be posted for months.
I’ve been at Cigna for 6 years too, weird. I can’t spell either. My co workers and sup are pretty nasty to me but I always get great bonuses and raises. I lost all my projects and work is short for me. I’m not going anywhere cause the company has been good to me overall, sending me over seas and good benefits. I think you’ll regret leaving. Don’t be a brat. Okay good luck.
Your paycheck maybe?
Isn’t this site about layoffs...if you don’t like your job get another one.
Typing on my phone will do that. Thanks for your feedback!
Well I see you spelled “praise” and “my” wrong. Might want to start there.
