There has been chatter regarding a bombshell class action lawsuit that is forthcoming in the near future. Hopefully we will see some activity before the annual meeting.

Typical post with a half truth, no details or context, and an assumption that everyone knows what you’re talking about. If this is how you people communicate at work, no wonder you’re being laid off.

Allstate gets sued everyday. I wish NAPPA well and Allstate should be sued for breech of contract. Moreover, the institutions that lend agents money to buy Agencies should sue Wilson and crew also for misrepresentation. However, Wilson and the boys have very deep pockets. They will be able to defend themselves by drawing out the trial for a very long time. I believe Nappa’s intentions are good, but they have less than $1,000,000 to fight the Allstate juggernaut!
